Thanks for your response. I do believe you can control what you manifest and I find many people are focusing on that and I see many workshops here teaching that so I just felt to ask you about it. Openhand has cleared up many distortions for me including this one. I am not familiar with that particular yoga Kriya but it sounds interesting and I'm glad it has worked for you.
