25/06/2025 Shift Insight: Gas Lighting

There's a lot of wayward Black Snake energy in the field right now, due to the malevolent machinations of the Middle East. It means there's going to be lots of judgment and projection flying around in the field. And it can be most alarming when it comes unexpectedly from those around you. It's because this wayward energy, working through people, can create a degree of psychosis.

Especially when you're going with the Shift to higher light and consciousness amidst all of this, you'll likely have to deal, at times, with "Gas Lighting". What is that?

This is where someone close to you, or who comes in contact with you, is trying to undermine you, by casting doubt on your beliefs about yourself and your chosen path in life. Specifically, "Gas Lighting" is very manipulative and emotionally projectional, which begins in a hidden and concealed way. So the proponent will begin with some possible truth, but then twist the meaning of it, in an attempt to undermine your self-belief or path. They want to purposefully hold you back, so as to justify their own limitation and inertia.

For example, something like: "I really do appreciate your desire for a sense of the spiritual, I do too, but this New Age path, has already been proven to be a bunch of baloney."

Or, something I heard recently: "What do you want to become a spiritual facilitator for? You can't live from that - you can't support yourself from it."

The problem being, where the thought or meme takes hold in your consciousness, it begins to undermine your ability to move forward, because it undermines belief in yourself.

Is this something you've experienced?

I would say plenty, if not all ascending souls, who're setting their sights on something that's intangible to the mainstream, will face this kind of projection and manipulative undermining at some point. Beware, it often comes in as a drip, drip, drip of subtle questioning and projection of doubt, and often, from those closest to you.

It's essential to catch this as it's happening, and work into it. Because always this Gas Lighting can only truly work if we are judging ourselves in some way: "I'm not good enough; I can't make it; Who do I think I am?"
