Welcome to Openhand. Clearly you've been going through an intense journey - my heart goes out to you 
It's pretty clear that the inner work you're doing has activated plenty of layers of past life karma - probably several come up at once. Hence the intensity. In the Openhand Approach we work to confront each layers as and when it comes up - that eases the path greatly.
