What a beautifully Silent vibe, very inspiring and also very supporting in view of the Autumn Equinox this Sunday.

Im connecting through the ether with meditation and a 3-day water fast, which feels exciting. Although, I have a lot of work on my plate(!) it feels to be held by the graceful hand of Stillness - in the midst of chaos :)
