I hope people don't mind me sharing this here. I'll be tuning in for sure this weekend.

Yesterday a young resident of the care home I work at for people with mental disabilities died in my arms. He was completely healthy but had got a large clump of bread stuck in his throat and couldn't breath. Despite my best efforts I couldn't remove it and when I did eventually manage to get most of it out, it was too late.

Today I was supposed to be going to the Eye contact event in Vienna, but I couldn't bring myself to go. Perhaps a quiet day at home is whats called for. To connect with the equinox energies and process everything that's happened.
