I have found, over the last 24 plus hours, that the attachments to my feelings are abundant and having "presence" is a lot more challenging in the "real world".

I don't believe we always realise just how much programming is there in the subconscious. And when you start to confront it by the yearning for authentic expression, then there will be many layers to work through - like peeling away from an onion!

Don't worry though. Just confront ones you feel ready to deal with at the time and go with those. It's why I felt to repost this article today...
