I had an experience today morning where I was confronted with the fear of annihillation. I learned with humility that I'm not yet ready to fully surrender to this experience. There was a recognition that all the fears and attachments are emanating from the belief in this solid foundation of false self. What is really invited is to unpack different layers of this fear through daily experiences until one gets to that point. I did an Openhand bow after the experience and had the feeling of dissolving into the light. I was reminded yet again the purity of this teaching and where it is coming from.
