Pleiadian and Draconian Dynamic

Hi Michele,
I was not on the zoom this past Saturday, but I can relate to the dynamic that you are speaking of, and I am familiar with how these groups are drawn toward one another for mutual growth. As I read your post, it felt like a very good description of dynamics that I observe playing out among the three emerging adults that live with me (adult children) - and observing their dynamic reflects into the invitation on a soul level for them, for me, and is a microcosm of the larger cosmic patterns. We have worked on these patterns throughout our time together. Working to integrate what is needed to grow in each of us while also working to not judge the differences. The energies themselves are not "wrong" - though the ways that they express at times can become distorted.
Two of the young adults have incredibly strong energies - willful, driven, committed - the qualities they express are admirable and cause them to be incredibly successful in their earthly endeavors - however they tend to run over others, have very little respect for anyone who is intimidated by their self-belief or who don't match their intellect or energy.
The other young adult (who in age is placed between them) is gentler, playful, openminded, trusting, a bit naive. He cares about others and asks about their life and shows genuinie interst in who they are - his qualities also are admirable. He has a harder time finding his place in the world and is regularly surprised at how much effort it takes, in ways that are unnatural for him, to meet the demands of life (working etc). There is much he has had to learn from relating to his siblings - but it has also caused him to develop defenses to cope with the stronger energies he lives with.
Ideally they see the value of one another, and through reflection and interaction, they learn to embody the aspects of the other. However, in order to do that, the judgment needs to go. At times it has been tough to highlight within myself the value of the willful energy - feeling the need to protect the gentler one - which is a reflection of my own desire for protection when meeting perceived intensity. It's been far more useful to coach and embody in myself skills and tools to meet the intensity and embody an authentic version of it; whle also coaching and embodying skills to recognize when the sense of righteousness is disregarding another and to value the reflection of the more flexible configuration as well. Each configuration has it's strengths and its areas of growth.
I felt to share this as an add-on to your sharing - as I can relate to the dynamic in a close-up way. I am curious about the mention of fire and water as I have always thought of this dynamic in that way - within oneself, too much fire burns off all of the water and too much water puts out the fire - a balance can be found.
Thank you for sharing and I am sure the insights you come to through the exploration will be of great value! <3
