Hi, Alex, I believe you cannot balance the two worlds. Busy life means your living someone else's life. That's okay we're all somehow influenced by the matrix and that's our school to learn. But if you want live with more synchronicity and also understand its meaning you'll have to start doing things more on your terms. So maybe you can gradually take bigger breaks or having appointments scheduled your way? It's not about hard work. If it springs from an inner pull than you're in the flow of your own soul. But how can you follow where Life wants to take you if you're constantly pushed around by society? The whole balancing act between us and society at some point has to stop if we're going to be authentic people. But we can do it one step at a time, gradually cut the cords. Each step takes some courage but will give you more breathing space and more room to find out what your life is all about.
