Dear Open ,

Whenever I'm in a funk ,I find my way to the Openhand website . This is after I have already done the distractions and placating comforts . I am feeling 'Grey' today . Fortunately (or not) I seem to be hit by them every few weeks. It's almost comical actually. I feel motivationless and depressed and then I remember ( the buzzing around my head also reminds me 😄) . I am attempting equalize and Be with it .

Reading about all the star seed groups brings up a deep pain in my heart especially on the right side . Wonder why .
