In meditation I see images in vibrant blue. Any movement, yogic or otherwise, results in blissful, electric currents running through my body. Last night I dreamt of climbing to the top of a waterfall. Another being clambered hastily and fell. The message was stay conscious, keep your footing. Choose your path with discernment and care. These are, indeed, wonderful times.
