My knowing is its the 'greys' essentially behind the creation of the synthetic reality here.

It's created via a number of means. Firstly by downgrading DNA, which is a receiver/transmitter of soul consciousness. This interrupts the carrier signal of the soul so it's more difficult to come through. There's also energetic implants that interrupt the soul frequency. So then the being becomes more susceptible to programming - such as fear based propaganda, as we've seen in the pandemic. Thus people are directed more to a way of living - Smart/AI - that is divorced from the soul and can be more easily directed according to their agenda.

It's essentially broken down by going within and reconnecting with soul, infusing it in all our daily activities; coming from the soul as much as possible in any given moment. This starts to infuse soul more and more, which naturally challenges and dispatches the interferring frequencies.
