I felt to post this again today, by respected Doctor, Andrew Huberman, whose done much experimentation on the power of what I'm calling, "Delayed Gratification". To be clear, I'm not talking about "lying to yourself", as he slips into later on. I prefer to see it as "reframing" the feeling of discomfort, because you know you'll gain from it. Check it out, it's fascinating, and do share your views afterwards...
