Is God in a rut?

Dear Open,
I was asked why certain situations are perpetuated in this world, such as sexual abuse for example, or the mistreatment of animals - if the One intelligence of the cosmos is experiencing itself - why does it not have enough of certain things already? Why do 500,000 people every year have to experience the trials of suffering from diseases like cancer for example? Or 1,000,000 people every day going hungry - or living in war torn societies?
We're told about the Kali Yuga, but there isn't much evidence of previous golden ages. It seems that the majority of previous civilisations had only one thing in common, horrendous suffering. If we say there is an accumulation of past karma on a soul or collective level - how could we do better after having a memory wipe? I take these ideas to catalyse a deconstruction of assumptions I may have held - to enable a clearer zero-point to emerge within.
The light is coming through, yes, but are we saying there is a true multiplicity here, the ying/yang abalance? Is there equal light to dark? Why is the soul or God having to experience repetitively or is it the intervention generating loosh - or karma? Reality is in the eye of the beholder - but can we observe some general truths? Is it really 'awesomely okay'?
Starsky 🙏
