I’m in a similar exploration to what this article describes. I’m attending a vegan forest festival with a thousand other participants in South India. On the first day, I felt a massive blockage around my head, closing down the higher chakras. These are the inquiries that surfaced with it: seeking validation and support from external sources rather than being comfortable in my own being, and facing insecurities about how I relate to others. I also noticed myself looking for a twin flame reflection in a specific way.

It feels like the vast ocean of the one self has been reduced to an ice cube. This often happens when the crown chakra is blocked due to misaligned focus or intention. I also recognize that these are field-level dynamics, though I’m not yet able to discern which energies are at play.

Through all of this, I’m also witnessing breakthroughs—a new sense of being emerging and a natural connection with my twin flame when I shift my focus and orientation. And needing or expecting nothing but being comfortable in being. What really helps is inquiry and taking time to tune inward while being in nature. I feel the soul’s inquiry here is: how to be the presence in relation to others.

Vimal 🙏
