I consider myself extremely fortunate to have witnessed, felt, and experienced these wonderful energies during our Himalayan retreat. Clearly, when Golden Tara appeared during one of our meditations, these tremendous activational energies I was feeling around the third eye, It was both powerful and lovely.

Then, during our latest facilitation conference, I felt Golden Tara energy much more powerfully, and I could also feel activations around my base chakra. Tara energy spoke to me about personal sovereignty and anchoring my energies into this world through true expression and beingness. It illuminated from within, allowing me to see and feel how amazing it feels to be authentically expressing and being myself. It felt so good to be able to let go of all the weight on my shoulder and relax into my beingness, which I experienced with such joy and life.

Now what I'm invited to do forward is just pure expressions of my being, not for anything in return, just for the the sake of expressions. Just for sharing my joy out into the world.

PS: Today, when I began to sing this Tara mantra, the windchime bells began precisely with me, Tara letting me know of her presence.
