Hi Ella - yes, closing down the Third Eye or blocking the crown are classic ways that especially the Tall White Intervention derails.

Another I've seen of late is blocking the heart, which causes over-interrelation with the Old Paradigm - particularly people in it.

It can happen when we go into any unconscious routines - that's especially what to be careful of. When you 'zone out' for any particular reason.
