28/08/2025 Shift Insight: Greatest Mistake of Teamwork

What's the greatest mistake of multidimensional teamwork that you'll come across?

It is the belief that mistakes won't be made, or that they shouldn't be made. This can lead to doubt, distrust, fear, rejection and failure. I have experienced them all. To the point that I've felt to disband some, what I call, "Mid Range Teams" - those of the middle realm. At one point, I even distanced myself from the higher-dimensional Openhand Team, because I felt that together, we were failing. Intervention was getting in the mix, for example.

This was until I changed my perspective in two essential ways that I share here with you now:

1) I came to see mistakes AS the path itself
2) I expected intervention WOULD get in the mix.

I taught myself to deal with these two key problems of Team building. And when I did, that's when we truly started to succeed. So let's explore the two dynamics...

1) Seeing Mistakes AS the Path

In the 3D world, everything is literal. What you see is what you get (mostly). But navigating the interdimensional world is entirely different. You cannot be definitely sure what you are experiencing. This is a helluva a problem to the human mind, which is conditioned from birth into a value system: what is "wrong" and what is "right". When you get it right, you're rewarded. Conversely, when you get it wrong, you're punished for it. It's a severely limiting dynamic that runs deep in the psyche, which you'll have to work hard to break down.

In the interdimensional space, I discovered you best navigate from uncertainty. You deal instead in possibility - "it could be this". Then with intimate inquiry and exploration, like the tentacles of a sea anemone, you softly prod forwards with your awareness, steadily refining the possibility, steadily focussing it, until it becomes probability. Even then, because you're operating in landscape of relativity, you cannot be 100% certain of your environment. And so I always allow 5% uncertainty as I step into a probability. I go when I'm 95% 'certain'. The 5% uncertainty is what I call "periphery vision". I'm scanning the landscape for the wider possibility or alternative. But when a probability is accurate, you feel it landing in your being as an "aha" moment. That's good enough to proceed on.

What kind of team players can support this approach?

Firstly, they begin from the starting point, that there is no ultimate objective. There are short-term goals, yes - to converge around a certain point; to open channels of light; to actualise the divine here and now; to strip out intervention; to bring rightness and alignment to a situation. Then celebrate together when these things come to fruition. To me, this has become my ultimate "success" in life - actualising the divine, in any given moment, as a part of a smoothly working interdimensional team. This is truly winning!

2) Expect Intervention WILL get in the Mix

You'll need to get used to the fact you have incarnated into a global simulation. It's a 4D prison, designed purposefully to disrupt accurate multidimensional navigation and lock people down into limiting and conditioned lifestyles.

There came a point, even for me, when I was totally shocked at the level of intervention that was taking place within spirituality, and especially people in the spiritual mainstream. And in exploration, after many trials and errors, after another 'betrayal' in a long list (which happened completing the book RESURRECTION), I realised something fundamentally crucial: spirituality on the planet, is the last line of defence for the intervention and its simulation.

This was a hard one to swallow. I couldn't fathom that some beings would intentionally betray you, so as to derail. Sadly, I came to realise there are those that would. But in truth, such betrayal only happens when you override your own inner knowing and sovereignty. How to deal with this in a multidimensional team?

You have to keep testing the guidance and synchronicities coming through. It's essential not to blindly accept any 'prognosis' that is delivered. That's why I often say, "no truly benevolent being would channel". When you make yourself a channel, you're essentially switching off a key aspect of your own consciousness - that 5% of periphery vision that's constantly testing and watching for alternative possibilities.

There is one fundamental lesson that can help you navigate, where you accept that Intervention is trying to derail you:

You begin from your anchoring in the Torus - in your Sacred Ground of Being, and in your own sovereignty. You are a part of a team, but it is not some hive mind. Instead, everyone is sovereign, expressing in their own unique way. And here, in the 3D, YOU become the point of action. Where it needs to be YOU that makes the final decision on the step to take. This means something else that is fundamental: wherever you are on the path, YOU become the leader of this interdimensional team. Others may help formulate pathways and possibilities, but it's you living with the choices you end up making as a team. So it is you who becomes the leader.

Where intervention is concerned, this approach will help negate them, until you strip them out of your team's flow. Although they'll never be completely gone, until the landscape has completely transformed in the Shift. So for now, accept them as an inevitable part of the landscape. Hence the need to always stay on your toes and keep testing.

This all means you'll have to be prepared to take ownership of whatever happens to you here in life - that's the responsibility any team leader carries on his or her shoulders. And above all, coming to see "mistakes" AS the path. Then you'll learn from the mistakes each time. Although, as I've explained here, we can transform the idea of "mistakes" into uncertainties and possibilities that hone into probabilities, while always maintaining the 5% uncertainty that becomes periphery vision.

Finally, I felt to share this inspirational video about making mistakes in teamwork. Just expand it up in the multidimensional sense...
