19/04/2024 Shift Update: Frustrated Earth Dragon

In recent days I've been feeling a wave of frustration, anger, and also desperation coming through the field, which I'm associating with ancient Earth Dragon Energies that have had enough of the Matrix complexity and suppression and just "want to get out of here".

That's the feeling: it's one of dejection, disappointment (too mild!) and desperation. And I know many will be tuned into this and feeling it in the field, but not necessarily know the source of it. Many are probably feeling it as their own, coming through the old reptilian DNA.

You might be feeling it. You've had enough of the machinations of the Matrix, its controls, its injustices and this dog-eat-dog world of profit and loss, winner and loser. Know that if you feel this, you are seen, felt and empathised with by Benevolence supporting the Shift.

Those in the ether want you to know to bear with it all, a while longer, because help is at hand and this will all resolve out. How can you best work with these bottled-up frustrations?

First, you've got to find a way to express the energies, but without projecting at others and without projecting blame. Strong physical exercise, power walking and jogging or else some kind of practiced martial arts - like kickboxing for example. The key is to learn to contain the energy, but then open "upwards" through it, through the lower densities, and work to create a sacred crucible, where higher dimensional Dragon Energies can infuse in.

By creating this purified and strong lower container, of mind, emotions and body, where you can actively engage in the Matrix in an effective way, but then also not close down in frustrated tightness; to be open, right the way up to the crown; so that in challenging and difficult circumstances, you don't fight or struggle in them. Instead, you open up through the higher chakras with breathing attunements, then allow the alchemical creativity of higher Dragon Energies to solve the issue - to mediate alchemically through.

I was feeling and working with this frustrated field energy last night, then guided to tune into the internet, whereupon this new music track appeared by the artist Devin Townsend, whom I know, expresses this realigning lower Dragon Energy very well, artistically.

It could be a degree overwhelming if you have a more soft, empathic nature. However, I share it to provide a sense of what this frustrated energy is feeling in the field... "Get me out of here!!". Yes, it's going to happen. A solution is here and unfolding. Work to be patient. Contain the energy within. Integrate through and direct the aligned energies upwards, to meet those coming down from open higher chakras...

We've got this. We can do it. We can emerge out. Let's channel the energies up to the divine and let the higher alchemy infuse in from there.
