I can definitely say I never expected to find Devin Townsend here. Loved that voice since the late 90's during my heavy metal period. At least he calmed down a bit. :)

I can understand the relation to embodiment of dragon energy, especially since I heard him transitioning from loud and agressive metal to what he does nowadays which contains a fair number of surprisingly melodic tracks. In an interview he said he understands why many of his old fans don't like it but it's what he wants to do, and if that means losing a large part of the fanbase than so be it. Not in an arrogant way but simply accepting of the results.
