Hi Open,

Still processing everything from la palma and not ready to write about it yet but it was a life changing and consciousness-shifting experience. Even those words are not strong enough for how I’m feeling now.

In the Dreamtime I have seen and felt energy shifting to a huge degree.

I have also today had a beautiful experience with Isla bonita today when two songs came on the radio… Everglow and Adventure of a lifetime by Coldplay. She was definitely communicating and I felt that she had then either left the island or that a small part of her was still there.

I have started a sound healing course this week and have been amazed at the syncronicities at the location. On one wall is a sculpture of some sort which depicts the island (although it’s apparently from another part of the world):
