I concur with Thomas about the release of mind-based controlling agenda. It felt like that was in overdrive leading up to the retreat. Now there's a lightening of that mind storm. Although I must admit there did seem to be some anxiety at the level of the solar plexus.

An energy came to me today which I initially interpreted as some kind of grey dragon energy. Then it felt very much like whale energy. Feels like a key aspect going forward, bringing stability and balance while resonating a frequency (singing?) which calmed the solar plexus and felt very expansive and mystical.
