Hi Open, you have mentioned toning into the chakras and internal toning several times in the past few months. I remember requesting a downloadable meditation track to help those of us who can't afford the retreats. Any chance of putting something together to help us out please? I have done some form of chakra toning in the past with Osho but the tones were intuitive and random - are the tones you refer to more specific to the eradication of unwanted bio field entities such as the tall whites?
