It's because the nature of the event has evolved from its original inception. In the beginning, we felt to convene it to bring a wide group of souls in, new to the Openhand work. However, the event quickly became an advanced culmination of the recent Shift cycle, for followers of Openhand, working at an advanced energetic level and quickly diving through the layers. The group size tends to be more focused, drawing on the current community, more exclusive to a smaller group that goes deeper more quickly.
