At times I use chatgpt to edit the grammar in what I write. Its quite helpful since English is not my first language. I dont allow it to make any more corrections than that. If I allow it to tell me what to do or make suggestions, then my sovereignty is overriden and I have noticed Tall whites coming in through this blind spot which further distorts or redirects the expression. Its easy to give away power to this AI being as its clearly intellectually much more smarter than human mind. I guess this illuminates a subtle lack of belief in the self.

The key is like you pointed out to know where I detach from sacred ground. This happens when I feel too excited about a creative endavour and then invest in finishing it. By which I'm invested more in the outcome than the process due to variety of other reasons.

To deepen into the process is to able to sit in the unknown and hold the unresolution without reacting to it which is a challenging thing to do but worth learning. I guess the 'forcing' that you picked up comes from this.
