Hi Michele, I think when people finally wake up to the enormity of what's unfolding on Earth (and that's precious few right now), it's understandable the first feeling might be: "How on Earth will I manage that?!"

In actual fact it is straightforward. It is straightforward although not necessarily easy. It's straightforward because all you have to do is be you, the real you, in every given moment. But it's not easy, because that means going deep and peeling off what gets in the way. However, once you have your process in place for peeling back the layers, then there's no doubt: where there's commitment, you can't fail but make it happen. The only way to fail, is to stop.
