It's great that you see this Andy - and not being so fooled by the projection in the external.

Be clear though, this has to be much more than just an intellectual realisation in the moment to just one post.

And I'd say this for anyone: get it intellectually, yes. BUT, it has to become a deep embodied realisation too. And that can only come by sitting for long periods unravelling the inner, sitting in the unresolution and grafting through. There's no shortcut for this inner work.
