15/08/2026 Shift Insight: Inner Integration

It's been a powerful 12 months in the Shift, for sure - and especially this first part of 2026. The whole of the field is transforming, and us, as electromagnetic beings right in the middle of it. If you're truly going with the soul's path, then this is going to challenge all aspects of how you're interrelated with life. From relationships to how you live and work. What's true and real for you now?

We have to allow time and space to go into the 'chrysalis phase'. It's where the inner turns (a degree) to mush! It doesn't feel good, but it's entirely necessary. You might not even know which was is up!

In this place, don't be trying to figure things out and resolve the unresolvable. Instead, take plenty of time out just to sit, and to be, to reflect and observe. You don't have to give the world, or those around you, any answers - because, at this point, there aren't any!

This is my encouragement to all tuning in at this time - take plenty of time out. Breathe, let it all move within. Then it will all steadily shift and find a new alignment. Then new choices and ways of being will emerge and become obvious.

After this essential time for inner integration, you'll come out as a bright new you, ready for the next cycle of quickening.
