These posts are reflective for me today. I stepped into the world yesterday. It has been awhile. I engaged community, family and friends as is their lables. I am practicing to observe myself in it and it observing me observe it. Looking for the reactive reflections. What is being shown? It is not easy to do. I had an interaction with a group of people I have let go of, or at least I thought. The interaction was hostile. A couple of years ago I called a member of the group out for bad behavior. It didnt go well and I chose to leave the group. After this brief and energized interaction I went home and sat in the feeling of it. Did I want that group back? No. Did I feel bad about the situation? No. Do I feel okay with my version of my rightness? Yes. So what is this nagging icky feeling. So I asked, show me... oh shit.

I was up this morning at 5 am. I am making food for my dog and cat. I have a large pressure cooker on the stove. It is in full operation but the safety release valve was malfunctioning. It would not seal all the way. I pressed it to try and reset it and it blew out. 2 gallons of full force boiling goo shot straight in the air splattering off the ceiling like a sprinkler.There was nothing I could do but watch and let it finish. It was raining grease in my kitchen. Everything was covered in it including me. I stood in awe and pondered "Now what the hell was that all about"? Why would I manifest something so freakin outrageous? Oh yah, I asked for it to be clear! What syncronicity does this reflect? The hex after the tri! During the process of clean up, still on going, forever probably. What I noticed is, I had to address every nook and cranny to clean regardless if I could see the goo or not. The inside and outside of every item has to be examined for goo, cleaned multiple times and reorganized or tossed in the rubbish bin. Also I realized that the pot malfuctioned because the screw was loose that held the valve in. It simply fell off. Any insights would be appreciated. 😊
