I felt to post this article again today, because of our contemplations of the "Toridal Flow" (the natural flow of the Universe)...

Essentially the Universal Flow is as a the Torus - a flowing vortex of energy through the Universe. And it interacts through us via the 7 main chakras. But it doesn't stop there. The chakras are consciousness exchange points, channeling soul consciousness into our 7 Dimensional Vehicles of Expression. Here's where the soul begins to express, as animated by the Toridal Flow (assuming the ego surrenders to it).

So in a sense, my article above shares my perspective on how you pick up the flow internally.
