After doing a chakra attunement this morning to get my shit together for the day. I am so frazzled today. I walk outside and see 2 bald eagles flying above my house. It brings me to tears. Remembering the Sedona adventure the eagles slam me back into my body saying yes its real. The work is difficult and the purpose is real.
