Look carefully at what I said again. I didn't say: "why don't you look for a job".

I said: "Have you considered looking for a job?"

And in the first post I asked: "So why not change the dynamic and look for a job?" - put with a question mark - meaning it's an invitation to explore.

The two are very different. It would be worth considering if you're projecting a paternal filter here.
