I love your phrase, "garbage, nonsense, and attachments." It sums up so aptly the crazy illusions we experience in this 3D matrix fully loaded with dross and drama. Your wording has the kind of punch that makes me feel that I can drop the crap. I'm happy to hear you have found inspiration in my posts.
