My instant response is that it's not about energy work. It's about behaviourisms. There's something that's going on within the plane of the intellect, and how you act from this place, which needs to be addressed in daily life.

In which case, I would simply offer it up to the universe and then watch what the synchronicities say in relation to intellectual behaviourims.
