What you're describing doesn't sound like an entity. An entity, or an entity group, may be attached in, but what you're describing sounds more like your karmic pain body that's activated - or specific layers of it. I would say it could be to do with something like a transhumanistic past life.

What now needs to happen is to work into the layer, regress into the karmic past life, to then integrate the lost fragments of soul stuck in the karmic layers. You may appreciate that this requires a good degree of immersion into healing/integrating processes. It can clear relatively quickly, but requires deep meditation guided practice. I would recommend you join some of the Openhand work as soon as you can. The best place for an introduction would be the upcoming Ascension Exchanges on January 7th.
