I agree Jen, I'm also so in awe of the clarity and insight shared through the work. I was never really sure what Ascension meant before I encountered Openhand, but tended to steer clear of it(!) or work based around it, as there seemed to be a lot of (in my feeling) questionable ideas out there in various spiritual approaches. At lot of people seemed to associate it with being blissed out or even leaving the bodymind. That didn't feel quite right to me.

I feel so grateful for this work and the clarity it brings through it. I'm learning that Ascension is possible, at least in these terms and in this plane, by really BEING here, by infusing through and into ourselves right here where we are. one step at a time.
