Here's a great explanation of solar forcing by Stefan Burns, how it impacts Earth's atmosphere causing earthquakes (and also triggering volcanos). We happen to have a massive coronal hole dircetly facing the Earth right now.

Why is this important to the Shift?

The planet needs to accelerate rotation, and elevate frequency, through which the constraining Matrix Simulation will ultimately broken down and peeled off. It's the esential progress, and inspiration, to inetgrate our consciousness and ascend to meet the Shift.
