Hi Jill, apologies for not getting back earlier - with so much going on in the field, I missed your post 🙏

The most important thing to say in response is, "Well done - you've found the path!"

The real path is not just about simply surrendering and letting go. As you've discovered, there's then an innate calling (by the soul) to start to express and behave authentically.

The challenge is, that as you do so, you're going to confront all the inner density of the ego where it's holding on. So yes, this is far from an easy process.

What will make it easier?

Many people go for years with one foot in the spiritual journey and one foot out - a kind of no-man's-land, where you're pulled in both directions. Although the compromise may seem easier, I can assure anyone, this is NOT the place to be! Because it just draws everything out, and the suffering only remains.

Instead, the crucial thing is to contemplate deeply until you're ready to make a decision: To really go for it, and be all in, or not.

This is the real game changer of life and the path, because once you decide, then you begin to master the process itself. You come to realise every single moment provides this inner confrontation, and in actual fact, there is nothing else going on.

So get to master the process for you - how you turn into the density of any given moment, own it, and process through by realising your attachments, your investments. Work to realise they don't serve you - then disociate by dropping back into the abode of the One. Take sustenance there - rest in that place, until you're ready to unwind the attachment.

Now watch for the new aspect of beingness wanting to come through - which will get reflected in signs and synchronicity around you - maybe a power animal shows up, with a particular kind of reflection for you to embody. Embody it, and step forward with that new energy. Life will then transform around you.

It becomes the real journey itself - of self-revelation and actualisation, until you realise, there's nothing else that's real going on anyway!

The more you fully engage, the easier it gets.

It's something we're constantly practicing at the Openhand events - I'm not sure if you've been on one, but if you haven't yet, you might like to consider it.

Well wishes
