30/01/21 Openhand Journal Update: for anyone tuning in whose remotely sensitive and empathic, if you're an energy worker, then be aware that there's a veritable wave of depression sweeping through society right now. It's because there seems to be no end in sight of the ridiculousness in society in the name of the "pandemic". Plenty are wondering when does it all end?

It's going to activate in people the "pain of existence", which is important to understand, so I'd encourage all to read the lead article above. Once you're able to feel into the pain of existence and just sit intimately with it without needing it to go away, it can become a sure doorway into pure presence. From there, it becomes possible to change your circumstances by accessing the higher 5D flow.
