Hi Tigger,
I cook with coconut oil, but I will step it up and and ingest 1-2 tablespoons/day as you suggest. Interesting that I have been consuming too many "comfort" foods of late such as potatoes, rice, and pasta which have obviously spiked my Candida. I was feeling intuitively that it was time to cut these out and have begun to do so. I do eat a variety of legumes/beans for protein, so I will eliminate these, as well. I eat lots of quinoa so that's encouraging. I'll give millet a go. I've been eating lots of miso soup of late which is comprised of fermented soybeans. I'm not sure if I should eliminate that, as well, since it's an excellent probiotic. Looks like it's going to be pretty simple fare for a while! Thank you for all these suggestions, Tigger.
