In a way, I've always known the concept of a soul exchange. But little did I realize that I'm also in the midst of this process...until now that is, thanks to the facilitation of another psychic in my field. (Thanks dear Tonya! )

It's still an ongoing process for me to help the other soul unwind their remaining karma, and to recognize and then embody my own soul in the lower density. It gets confusing sometimes especially when I couldn't be certain if it's just another soul's karma that I'm meant to facilitate healing/releasing at an appropriate distance, or if I'm also unknowingly dissociating from a part of myself, or if it's an effect of the entities from the bloodline interacting with the stored emotional energy in the body and old neural pathways! Thankfully, there is also a very clear sense of my own consciousness streaming down from the higher Chakras. The recent awareness of myself as a different soul has cleared up a lot of confusion as well, and has made it easier to consciously hold my own frequency.

I don't know how many in the Openhand community has gone through a similar process, or else is also going through it right now. Nevertheless, here is a cinematic scene that feels to me, is conveying to a degree (with the roles reversed, yet the same sense of resistance to letting go) that particular sense of exchange.
