Well what a week that was! Always on these gatherings you feel like you've been in a time warp. We go so deep so quickly, astrally into all the dimensions, back through millions of years of karma, that (for me anyway) life before the gathering quickly vanishes. You're completely in the moment, embracing what feels like eternity. Time stops. But then seemingly in a flash, the gathering concludes. Phew. What a journey! And there were countless lovely moments: my mind and heart are full of your smiles, your tears, your hugs, your pain, but most of all, the wonderful breakthroughs that I witnessed you all going through - without exception. So as this amazing - best ever - New Year Retreat has drawn to a close, I say a profound "thanks!" to all who contributed your energy, who brought yourselves through the ether to feel, and be, such a treasured part of it.

And as we step brightly into the New Year, I remind you that not only are you changing your own lives positively, but your energy then has a positive effect on the world around you.

People can pontificate all they like about how to change the world for the better, but to us at Openhand, there's really only one truly effective way to do it: go within and expand your consciousness. And your doing that by the bucket load.
