Start by doing it badly (inspirational video!)

I felt to repost this article again today to encourage people onwards without the fear of making a mistake (check the lead article above... There are no Mistakes on the Spiritual Path, only Growth Opportunities).
I see that often people are stuck in inertia in their lives because they fear that if they take a particular step, "it'll all go wrong". It can cause people not to take a step at all. This leads to stagnation, and lack of growth.
What I've found on my journey here is that my path has been DEFINED by my mistakes. A part of my soul (all souls) can be quite impulsive, and if fear comes up, I have a great tenedency to turn into it, to go in that direction. You do make mistakes (in the sense of things feeling like they went 'pear-shaped'!), however, in this approach you learn greatly, integrate and forge soul greatly.
And what I find now is that I still do make mistakes, plenty in fact, but they become much less serious - they're just a step or two off the alignment, and much easier to come back to your balanced harmony. Allowing yourself to make mistakes and learn from them is perhaps the greatest growth engine possible.
I like what this guy, Jordan Petersen, has to say on the subject.... "start by doing it badly". What are your thoughts? Do share below...
