Going right into the centre of the pain...Passion of the Christ
Comment
Indeed the mind can be an unruly 'beast'. But it can be tamed. Although there does have to be commitment to that. The Breakthrough Approach is to go right into the epi centre of the pain. Because this is what the mind has configured itself to shield and protect. So if you notice the pain being in the heart, then go right into that and energise an animation of it. If you keep doing this, then the mind steadily looses its grasp on the ownership of your beingness. It becomes increasingly pliant, and then becomes more as a tool to be applied, rather than controlling the show.
You ask...
Can passion be something as simple as the courage and will to engage, commit, deeply care and breakthrough any challenges whatever transpires?
By the way you've phrased the question, I sense that's what you believe. And I can resonate and reflect that back to you. Yes, I feel sense in that. And there can also come a deep level of surrender as passion. The kind of surrender passion that is ready to loose all, to give up all, to go right through the experience of passing on - the death of the ego. This type of surrender you could call "The passion of the Christ".
