When people reach the end of their lives and look back, it's not the things they did do that they regret. It's the things they didn't. We're living in two worlds on the planet right now: a metaverse in society that is working to suck souls in and entrap them in a limiting reality; and a New Paradigm that's increasingly infusing light to forge a new way of living and being, interconnected with the divine. To access the latter, we're going to have to confront and break open cycles of addiction and cravings.

There's no doubt about it, no way of avoiding it, when you step into the accelerating Shift, you're going to get triggered by events, circumstances, and other people around you. Your buttons will get pushed! The question is not if this will happen, but what to do it about it when it does. It's also understandable you might want to suppress and deny distorted behaviour, but this becomes counterproductive because it's internally derailing. So how best to deal with such triggering?

There's a good deal of emphasis in the spiritual mainstream about coming into "Being", but what does that mean exactly and does the spiritual journey simply end there? Absolutely not. When we come into Being, it unleashes a flow of authentic soul energy that is wanting to express as "Beingness" of which there are different qualitities, different harmonies, depending on the situation the Being is flowing into.
