What is most important for me?

For me this question is a really fun one to ask myself throughout the day.

Because it is really down to earth, on a very simple level, and the answer can be anything, from eating lots of bananas to some really deep stuff.

And with all its simplicity it immediately connects me to the deepest parts of me, those that are really real. No ideas, it doesn't have to be 'spiritual' or anything. Sometimes the answers are really funny and human, sometimes they fly upwards to some completely abstract planes. But it remains the same: like what do I really really want now?

So I like to ask this one. It can be about this moment, 'today', this week, about this month, this year, etc It can be asked about the present, the future or the past. But, surely, they all have to do with now, with the instantaneous experience, the current feeling.

Another great thing is that it helps with the priorities. Like I know what distraction is and what the real thing is.

Ok, I'll go first :)

To continue uncovering and neutralizing believes and conditioning that I have accumulated for years and become like a child again. I have vivid memories of pure states of consciousness from my childhood. I’m coming home and it feels wonderful. :-)

Right now: Letting go of all efforts!!!!!!!

Not needing to be liked.
Not needing to be loved.
Not needing to find out what I am supposed to do.
Not needing to do something because I have to live.
Not needing to live.
Not needing to die.
Not needing to let go.
Not needing to be.
Not needing to be free.
Not needing to laugh.
Not needing to cry.
Not needing to be normal.
Not needing to be special.
Not needing to be aware.
Not needing to be distracted.

I am all and none of the above.

Ok, at this moment:

1) overcoming laziness, comfort zone, getting up and doing things, living! 2) 'Time management' by softening through anxiety, gaining trust and also learning how to let my passion, willpower and focus have an expression in my life,
3) Letting old habits go, letting the effects of my upbringing go and freeing myself to reach my full potential in all aspects of my being and life - there are specific things, but I won't go into details
4) Combining the high and the low, the light and dense, the abstract and the 'down to earth', and all kinds of other seemingly incompatible dualities
5) Overcoming resistance, negativity and rebellion, making my peace with myself, the world, life, etc
6) Learning to communicate and connect with people, how to see, accept and love them with and beyond the distortions, differences, etc
7) Learning how to balance myself as a human, how to flow, how to be FREE (more important - how to FEEL FREE in any circumstances), but also how to know the boundaries, how to accept them, change my negative perception of them, to make decisions according to the boundaries presented and follow them without effort, stress and whining hhhh
8) Being human and having fun with it

It would be interesting to see how the answers change over time for the same person!

What is important for you? :)
