Clear evidence points to an acceleration of the spin of Mother Earth, largely due to biomagnetic effects as the shift unfolds. It's going to be impacting our lives in several key ways and it's crucial we integrate these so as to normalise in the transformation and become positively empowered by it. Hello Open, 

I love and admire the work you  have done and continue to do, thank you <3 I have been tuning into your posts the last few months and I resonate deeply. There is a man called Jason who started a youtube channel about the earth and its chronology and he is heavily invested in simulation theory.  Although different forthcoming you both share similar views in regards to truth. His work is extensive, quite detailed and the most accurate chronicle to date! He talks about the rise of the phoenix in 2040 to eventual total collapse in 2178. He goes by archaix. I want to share the connection with you. Lots of love Beth

Much more detailed but easy to understand.  When the podcast first started I wasn't expecting to see that intro.  So now I'm gaining awareness and how to deal with the BS energy better.

I'm not sure if the increasing earth spin is affecting my intermittent fasting, but I've noticed I'm able to go much longer and only have about a 4 or 5 hour window where I'm eating. I eat late afternoon to early evening and fasting the rest of the time.  I do drink plenty of water throughout the day.
