opening the sacral at this time

Hi Open,

In yesterday's faciliation session with Joy we found there is an enormous upper chakra activity (this has mainly been going on since tuning in to the Jordan event) but it is not grounded and we discovered the main problem to be great tightness in the sacral. Nearing the end of the session I could express it and now the feeling can best be described as 'wow, there's so much room here'. I still have much to do but where there used to be a cave-in there is now an archeological dig site that I will be exploring. I am currently breathing into it, at first from the eight chakra but quite soon it felt better to do this from the third eye.

Which is where the question comes in, because the timing for this given the event of the coming days is quite synchronous. I am considering it being an internal reflection of the current events but I am wondering if I could be thrown off balance so to speak by confusing and/or tangling up different energies, both my own and the galactic. I just want to make sure to get the most out of the oppertunities the coming days offer.

The question is basically whether you feel to add a comment, advice or reflection after reading this.

Hi LtJ,

What immediately jumps out for me when I read your post, is the need to integrate soul on the emotional plane, especially in relationship dynamics.

It's great that you're doing the inner work through the chakras. But remember, as we do so, the inner configuration of consciousness will always project into the outer. And so our way of being, and behaviourisms, must adapt accordingly.

So my encouragement would be to explore how relationship dynamics might be being activated, then go to work to integrate through them - by letting go of attachment, triggering, and bringing more authenticity to bear.
