In the capital, Lima, the energy feels very locked down - no suprises. And flying in over the costs, I could feel atmospheric suppression, causing a huge blanket of unseasonal clouds - a blanket of energetic suppression. No surprises leading into this work!

And I've also already felt the Dragon Energies strongly. Yes, the weather could get turbulent when this all opens up.
