For sure, the energies are building strongly here. But yes, the Dragon energies are waiting for the final 'go ahead', in terms of building up. I've felt the energy of the Architect visiting me here in the dreamtime. I perceived a great tiredness with holding the old construct together, and having to constantly manipulate/reiterate to maintain control. I could feel a softening, perhaps a readiness to let go. I'd say the Dragon energies are being respectful of this expression 'one last time'. Which probably also mirrors what's now happening in the Gulf - one last time!
